Acceptance of terms
By accessing molentra.gr, opening an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Research-Use Disclaimer and the Shipping and Returns policies.
Seller identity
Molentra is a trading name of GPTM LLC. References to “Molentra”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean GPTM LLC and the services it operates through molentra.gr.
Eligibility
Commercial access is limited to persons aged at least 21, professionals, laboratories and organisations able to lawfully contract and declare a legitimate in-vitro or analytical research purpose. Reasonable identity or purpose verification may be requested.
Products and intended use
Products are supplied exclusively for in-vitro, analytical and laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic use and are not approved medicines.
Account and secure access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your email address, account information and activity performed through a secure link sent to your email. Do not forward the link and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Checkout declarations
Before an order can be completed, the research-use declaration and linked legal pages must be accepted. Newsletter consent is separate, optional and not preselected.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Molentra may accept it, decline it or request additional verification. A contract is formed when the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Availability may change.
Prices, taxes and payment
Current prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before the final payment instruction. Only payment methods shown at checkout are supported. Card information is processed by the relevant payment provider and is not stored in full by Molentra.
Shipping and delivery
Supported countries, methods, estimated times and charges are shown during ordering. Purchasers must provide a complete address and inspect the parcel on receipt. Further detail appears on the Shipping page.
Transit risk
Where consumer law applies, risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the consumer or a nominated person takes physical possession, unless the purchaser independently appointed the carrier. Business transactions are governed by any written terms agreed for that order.
Returns, withdrawal and defects
Requests are handled under the Returns page and mandatory law. Any statutory withdrawal right, conformity guarantee or exception for sealed, opened, customised or perishable goods applies only where its legal conditions are met. Do not return a product without instructions.
Documents and analytical information
Analytical documents are supplied where available and reflect results at the time of testing. They do not guarantee a research outcome or authorise use outside the stated scope.
Intellectual property
Molentra text, graphics, marks, images, design, code and original documentation are protected by applicable law. Reproduction, systematic extraction or commercial reuse is not permitted without written authorisation.
Prohibited conduct
You must not use the website or products unlawfully, misrepresent identity or research purpose, attempt unauthorised access, deploy harmful automation, undertake human or animal dosing, promote therapeutic use, resell without approval or relabel products misleadingly.
Suspension or termination
Molentra may suspend access, cancel a pending order or terminate an account where there is reasonable suspicion of breach, fraud, unlawful use or failure of required verification. Any payment return will follow applicable law and the status of the order.
Partners and referrals
Wholesale, distribution or referral relationships require separate written approval. Partners are responsible for their own statements and must comply with advertising, disclosure and research-use requirements.
Assumption of research risk
Purchasers acknowledge that procurement, possession, storage, laboratory handling and use of research materials require suitable risk assessment and procedures. This responsibility does not remove seller obligations imposed by law.
Warranties and statutory rights
Except for rights that apply mandatorily, the website and information are provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranty is given for a specific research outcome or suitability for an undisclosed purpose. Any mandatory statutory conformity guarantee remains unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for a product-related claim is limited to direct and foreseeable loss and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Liability is not excluded for fraud, gross negligence, death, personal injury or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a business or organisational purchaser must indemnify GPTM LLC against third-party claims arising from unlawful use, prohibited administration, misleading advertising, relabelling or breach of these Terms.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including transport or network interruption, natural events, government action or serious supplier failure. Reasonable steps will be taken to reduce the impact.
Disputes and governing law
The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written communication. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to GPTM LLC, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and conflict-of-law rules applying to customers in Greece, Cyprus or elsewhere in the EU/EEA.
Changes, severability and waiver
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and date. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. A material change to an individual transaction requires written agreement.
